Albendazole is a broad-spectrum antihelmic, active against helmints susceptible to albendazole encountered in ovine and bovine animals.
Nematode gastrointestinal indications: adult and larvary forms of Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Nematodus Cooperia, bunostomum, adult forms of Oesphagostomum, Chabertia and Strongyloides.
Pulmonary parasites: Dictyocaulus spp
Cestode: Monzienia spp.
Trematode: Fasciola liver (hepatic adult forms)

Dosing and administration
For oral administration:
Shake vigorically before use!
The overall dose is 7.5 mg albendazole per kg body weight. A dose of 10-15 mg albendazole/kg weight is required to combat adult liver forms of hepatic fascicola.
Avoid administration of Dufalben 10% oral suspension during premature gestation traineeships.
